Lonnie was great. Easy to work with, personable, and very instructive. When I booked an inspection for a new home purchase he quickly contacted me to talk details and ensure he had all the necessary information. He clearly laid out his plan for going to the house for the inspection, what he was going to verify onsite, and when he wanted me to come for the wrap up summary. He was very thorough, spending plenty of time digging into the list of inspected things he specifies clearly and transparently on his website (along with what won’t be inspected). He communicated quickly and clearly when I had questions in getting things set up and scheduled..For the final summary after the inspection, he sat with my wife and I to work through his findings and outline what’s common, what’s code, and what’s abnormal or required repair. He spent around 45 minutes going through each item ensuring we understood where they were and the specifics of the findings. Very focused on helping us understand and educating us. His pricing was very fair and one of the lower ones I came across when getting quotes despite his long list of professional credentials and certifications. Clearly an industry pro and a Master Inspector who’s been doing this a long time. He gets his business primarily from referrals and Google reviews rather than realtor recommendations which keeps him honest, reliable, and unbiased. Solid choice for the NWA area who I will use again.
