Our Home Inspection Sample Reports
Above All Else Home Inspections, LLC, takes great pride in how we treat our customers. In addition to our quality inspection services, we also provide thorough post-inspection reports to our clients. We don’t leave you in the dark or assume you can interpret our findings. Our services include an in-depth explanation of what’s in the report, and we will talk to you about what these things could mean for you and your family.
To make your house a home, you have to feel safe in it. This is why our team offers a range of inspection services that will provide you with an in-depth look at what is happening inside your home. We have the training and tools necessary to go where you can’t go in your home and see in hidden places where expensive and potentially dangerous problems can be lurking. We don’t stop there either, as our reports will come with a full explanation of our findings along with any post-inspection support you need.

After the inspection, you will receive the detailed report of what we found. Some of the things you can expect from our team after we complete your inspection include:
- We will provide high-quality images of our findings in both HTML and PDF formats.
- We will email you a link for easy and immediate access to your inspection report.
- We are typically able to deliver a complete, visual report within 24 hours of completing the inspection.
We also offer a convenient repair request tool for our clients. This allows you to quickly access the pictures and phrases you may need to create a document that you can present in order to ask for repairs based on our inspection findings. Our experienced team also offers an additional service through which we create a repair list for your home.
