Inspector Lonnie has over 25 years with hands-on experience in all phases of residential and commercial construction from foundation to finish, from homes built in the first half of the 19th century with lath and plaster to the refined custom homes of today. He has also worked in the Construction field as a Certified Journeyman Carpenter for numerous residential and commercial construction companies to include Nabholz Client Services, Baldwin and Shell, CDI, to name a few.
Lonnie
possesses a Bachelor's of Science in a construction related Engineering Degree
from the University of Arkansas and was a Project Manager and Department Head for a local Architectural firm for many years before taking on a
different career path as owner and operator of several Handyman and Home
Improvement companies. Lonnie is a Board Certified Master Inspector.
In his early career, prior to hands on
construction and Building Sciences, Lonnie worked in the Manufacturing
Aerospace and Department of Defense Satellite Communications industries as a
Program Manager. Hence, was born his now ingrained need for thoroughness and generating a quality product.
Lonnie has also proudly served our country in the Armed Forces with both the United States Navy and
Marines. He served as a body guard to the Command Chaplain during field operations.

The company name "Above All Else..." came about
as a result of Proverbs 4:23, which is only one of many readings Inspector
Lonnie favors for his approach to daily living.
